It looks as if Cheran still hasn't lost his interest in Malayali heroines. He is now planning to make another one with Gopika.

His previous big venture, 'Maayakannadi', had flopped badly in spite of all the hype that surrounded it. Until now, he had been specializing in tear-jerkers. But he wanted to try something different and so he made a film about a city-based young man with big dreams. The audience flatly rejected this one.

So, the director has now decided to return to what he does best- making tear-jerkers.

This time around, he intends to make the sequel to 'Autograph'. The film is going to be called 'Autograph 2'.

The previous film had three heroines- Mallika, Gopika and Sneha. Kanika made a guest appearance in the last scene as the girl who eventually gets married to him. In the sequel, there will only be two heroines- Gopika and Kanika.

Shooting date hasn't been fixed yet.
