Burning Illusion is the name of a death-defying stunt that magicians attempt. It requires lot of practice and dedication. So, everybody was surprised when the adorable Mohanlal announced that he was going to attempt the stunt. He claimed that he has more than 18 months practice under a very trained magician.

But, the protestors, who were his fans, said that a superstar of his stature shouldn’t attempt such a stunt. “If something goes wrong with the stunts, he might end up getting badly injured. Why should he take such an unnecessary risk?� they ask. “If he is going to bring in some tricks to minimize the dangers, then it would amount to insulting us,� say his magician-fans.

The actor has withdrawn the proposal although he claims that he wanted to do it for dragging the youngsters’ attention to this fascinating art.
