Priyadarshan and his car

Priyadarshan is easily one of the most acclaimed directors in Hindi and Malayalam (although he doesn't make that many films in Malayalam these days). But the man has got some intense loyalty towards his cars.
Fiat is a model that has become so outdated today that you don't get the spare parts of the car that easily. The car's resale value is at around Rs 20,000. But its annual maintenance costs come close to Rs 50,000! Years ago, Priyadarshan had bought himself a Fiat with his earnings. It also happens to be his very first car.
The director is so attached to this Fiat that in spite of the fact that he has one of the best cars in the market, he still wouldn't let go of it.
The director had recently turned producer with his new film to be directed by his old friend Faazil. It would star Prithviraj and Mamta Mohandas in the lead. The film will be in Tamil!
