For a long time now, Tamil actor Vijay was eager to work with her in his new film, he wanted to bring her in for his ‘Kuruvi’, the film that was recently released with Trisha in the lead. But, he failed. Reports claim that the film isn’t doing that well at the theatres either.

So, he was more than particular about bringing her in as the heroine of his new film that dance choreographer-turned-director Prabhudeva was going to direct. Just when they had signed her up and were about to start the story discussions, we hear that Prabhudeva has removed Nayantara and has brought in a Telugu heroine.

Prabhudeva is the man who is also going to direct the Indian Premier League Chenna Superkings’s promo film with Vijay.

Rumors now claim that Nayantara’s removal from the film has something to do with her problems with IPL.
