Her entire back was revealed in the semi-transparent shirt black dress that she had worn that day. A Hindu outfit decided to file a complaint against the actress (in the tiny mini-dress, she also sat with one leg over the other, in front of the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu).

The police gave a long thought about it and in spite of the fact that the state Chief Minister too was in a way, insulted by this behavior of the actress, they refused to register the complaint.

Mallika Sherawat is now back in Mumbai.
