One of them claims that she was so much in love with a Bollywood superstar that she was dejected when he refused to divorce his wife and marry her. Due to the heartbreak, she decided to not get married at all. Since then, she had kept her personal life far away from the media. The world only got to see and hear her, but they didn't know what was happening in her life.

So, everybody was surprised when she began making public appearance with a very handsome young man. When asked who he was, Rekha stunned everybody by saying that he was her son.

A while later, she revealed that the young man was her sister's son. He was born and brought up in the US and has now come to India because he wanted to get into films.

The young man had thrown away his lucrative job in the US and has now come to India simply because he wanted to become a movie star.
