Not many know this, but the film was offered first to Aishwarya Rai. The former Ms World, who was not married to Abhishek Bachchan then, had refused the role because she thought that it wasn't good enough for her. But Bipasha wasn't dealing with an image problem.

Now, Aishwarya had sacrificed some international offers to star in the new Ramgopal Varma film 'Sarkar-2'. This is the sequel to the previous hit 'Sarkar' that starred the entire Bachchan clan. In the sequel, Aishwarya Rai is going to play the role of a corporate career woman.

But what is surprising everybody is the fact that the actress' costumes look a bit too earily like the ones that Bipasha Basu had worn in 'Corporate'!!!
