The groom in question is a UK-based Malayali. Rumors claim that Karthika has already got engaged to be married to him and that it is only a matter of few days before she gets married.

She is now acting in two Malayalam films and couple of films in Tamil including ‘Pulan Visaaranai 2’, the sequel to a blockbuster hit of the 80’s. The actress has requested the directors to complete the shooting as soon as possible because she wants to free herself for the marriage and life afterwards.

Karthika hasn’t accepted any new offer. This has only strengthened the rumors.
