Actress Mallika Kapoor fainted on the sets of her film and was rushed to the hospital.

Malliak Kapoor was the heroine of Vinayan's hit film 'Adbhutadweep'. She had a very good start in Malayalam and had she continued in the industry, she could easily have become one of the leading heroines here. But she chose to switch immediately to Tamil.

Everybody loved her good looks but since her films refused to do well at the box office, she wasn't able to get good offers.

Offers were rare and she therefore isnt all that choosy with the roles. She is now playing the lead role in a Tamil film. To shoot some song sequences, the crew went to Kulu Manali. When she took off her warm clothing to film the song sequences, she was so taken aback by the cold weather that she fainted!

It is not clear if the film's director went on with the shooting after that.
