The film's story demands a young actress. Even otherwise Malayalam film industry is notorious for its non-controversial stars. It would be fun to have someone who doesn't mind a controversy or two. But it looks as if the filmmakers are considering a change of cast. Lakshmi Sharma just might step in as the heroine.

In one of his interactions with the media, Siddhique had said that the director of a hit film in Tamil has to make a film soon afterwards to capitalize on the success. It has been a long time now since '4 The People' was release. So, if Jayaraj wants to succeed with this film, he will have to do it on his own and can't rely on the success of '4 The People'.
