Kunnathur is a remote village. The entire village is very well aware of the intense enmity between Shridharan and Raman Nair. Both are brothers. Elder brother Shridharan Nair had been the Panchayat president for the past ten years. The younger sibling Raman Nair had always been his opposition leader.

Enmity however is confined only to the two, thankfully. Their wives are very good friends. Both have a daughter each- Priya and Shridevi. They are very thick friends too. The wives and daughters try their best to resolve the dispute between the brothers. In steps the hero under such circumstances.

This is SP Mahesh's first film as a director.

Radhika had previously acted in the very successful 'Classmates'.

Ramya Nambeesan had worked before in Jayaram's 'Aanachandam'.
