Rajeevan and Vijayalakshmi had divorced each other. But they stayed in touch with each other regularly over the phone due to their daughter. The daughter was living with the mother and she insisted on talking to her father everyday. Invariably, it was Rajeevan and Vijayalakshmi who ended up doing most of the conversation. One day, she informed that she was going to get married to someone else.

It was a love marriage for Rajeevan and Vijayalakshmi. But, soon, differences of opinion cropped up between them and it finally led to a complete breakdown of their marriage.

The film deals with their emotional struggles and their adjustments to the divorce and the events that follow the divorce.

The film was ready a long time ago, but was delayed because there was no buyer. Suresh Gopi’s market revival has helped the film get released finally!
